The following briefing were given to students who will be participating in Erasmus activities from the German Embassy.
1.For applications to Schengen visa up to 90 days shall only be made to iDATA company.
2. In activities up to 90 days students with green passport do not need to apply for visas.
3. In all activities 91 days and above for all passport types (including green passport) you should to get an appointment from German Consulate via iDATA company. Visa period can last a little longer due to asking to the Department of Immigration compared to the first two cases above. Visa to be issued here covers the whole duration of stay and type of visa is the National Visa allowing the circulation within the Schengen area .
If German Embassy officials lets the activities for the students not to lag any time for the period and procedures indicated in article three.
Instead of visa for 91-92 days it is recommended to apply a visa lower than 90 days
